7.4/10

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore many of Buenos Aires' attractions, and the cleanliness of the rooms was a big plus for me. However, I found the room I stayed in to be quite small and somewhat outdated. While the service was generally friendly, there was an uncomfortable moment at reception regarding language, which wasn't ideal. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially considering its prime location.

Rooms

My room was located at the end of the floor, and it felt very small and a bit run-down. However, the cleanliness was impressive, which I really appreciated.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were very friendly, but I experienced a rude moment at the reception when my partner struggled with the language.

6.8/10

The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient for exploring all the tourist spots. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit outdated and noisy facing the street. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being unhelpful. Overall, it offered good value for money considering the location.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. I stayed on the first floor facing the street, which meant there was quite a bit of noise from the buses passing by, but it didn’t really interfere with my sleep.
Service
5.0
The service could use some improvement, as there was a moment when a staff member laughed at my partner for not speaking Spanish, which felt disrespectful. However, most staff members did try to be helpful.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to most tourist sights, including the Obelisk and shopping areas like Av Florida. It made getting around super easy.
Dining
7.0
The dining was decent and plentiful, though I had to pay extra for hot water to prepare tea, which was a bit irritating. It was on par with what you’d expect from a hotel of this type in Argentina.
Facilities

Facilities were basic but acceptable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nothing overly luxurious, but worked fine for what I needed.

7.2/10

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the main tourist attractions in Buenos Aires. The rooms were clean but a bit dated, and I experienced some street noise. The staff was mostly friendly, although I found the language barrier a bit inconvenient. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but improvements in room comfort and service would enhance the experience.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean but felt a bit more dated than the photos suggested. I had a room facing the street on the first floor, which brought a fair amount of noise from passing buses, but it wasn't a major issue for sleeping.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were very gentle and accommodating, although it was a bit frustrating when my partner, who doesn't speak Spanish, was met with a language barrier at reception. However, the service was generally effective.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to visit all the major tourist spots. It's close to Av Florida, which has great shopping options, and very near Teatro Colon.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was simple but good, with nice coffee, croissants, and a selection of local cold cuts, but it's not particularly fancy—similar to what you'd find in other hotels.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had decent facilities, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The air conditioning in the room wasn't strong enough for my liking.

6.0/10

The hotel had an excellent location, very close to Teatro Colon and within a reasonable walking distance to Buquebus for the ferry to Colonia, Uruguay. While the rooms were clean enough, they were quite small and a bit run-down. The service left much to be desired, as the staff were unfriendly and grumpy at times. Despite these issues, the value for money was decent given the central location.

The dining experience could definitely use some improvement; it was just okay and didn't stand out compared to what you normally expect at this type of hotel in Argentina.

On the plus side, the location was excellent, very close to key attractions. Overall, I found it to be decent value for money but there were definitely aspects needing improvement.
